1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion and will issue a full refund if we do so.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access at the agreed time. Failure to provide access will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Our Liability
Sparkle Pro Maintenance Ltd takes all reasonable care when working in your property. We cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not declared prior to the service. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any part of our service, notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will return free of charge to remedy the issue.

6. Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. No card or payment data is stored on our servers. Your booking is not guaranteed until payment is received in full.

7. Health & Safety
You must inform us of any health, safety, or access risks at the property prior to our visit. This includes pets, hazardous materials, or specific requirements.

8. Data & Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to manage your booking and communicate about your service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
